This sixth release of Etnyre Syrah demonstrates a rich purple hued wine with black pepper and hanged meat, deep blackberry bramble and bacon fat. 10-20 minutes of aeration has this wine exploding with perceived sweetness (without actual sugars, or explosions), tar, black pepper and ripe blackberry compote, and a long smooth finish.
